Welcome to Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church's new blog. This will be in a work in progress for some time as we learn to create and manage our posts.

We hope you'll begin to find content that will be helpful in your daily walks with God as well as begin to see our upcoming memorial posts for those whose earthly bodies lay at rest in the Mount Pleasant Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pastor's Corner



If you are looking for a church home, we invite you to join with the Brothers & Sisters of the Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. Membership is open to all people who want to share in the worship of God and to live Christian lives. 

You may become a member by coming forward during the period of invitation, by confessing faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, by a letter of transfer from the church where you belong, or by accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior, therefore, becoming a candidate for baptism. 

If you are not a Christian, we admonish you to come forward and accept the Lord into your life and then join the church of your choice. 

We gather weekly at this Spiritual Hospital (the church) to receive help that we may give others. We indeed are committed to the work of Jesus Christ in our community and in the world. 

We trust that you will be inspired by the songs, edified by the sermon, and warmed by our members.

    SO fantastic joy are among us for the church to attends and be bless inevery visit in the Holy Spirits power and we here in swedn we from Finland has own the church in to celebrate and try to help the peoples from Finland to find salvation in Christ and be the light here to shine in darknes with help of Christ in his victory,thanks and bless and pray for us,keijo sweden
