Mr. Victor Jackson was born December 14, 1892 in Ouachita Parish. He attended school in the Mineral Spring Community under the late Professor R. H. Myles as being his first teacher. He joined the Mt. He was a devoted son and father in his home and every one in the community knew his likeness and much time was spent in those hobbies.
