Memorial: Brother Leamon Carter

Service held on Thursday, April 14, 1988

Brother Leamon Carter was born to the union of Tom Carter and Ollie Green Carter, on February 28, 1905.

He joined Mount Pleasant Baptist Church at an early age. His religious activities included serving as a church Deacon, a Sunday School Teacher, and an ardent Biblical Scholar.

Brother Carter was very considerable in sharing with his neighbors and friends.

He was married to Mattie McClain and Louise Moore who preceded him in death.

He is survived by: one son, Roger Neal Toston of Monroe, Louisiana; one niece, Hattie Anderson of Queen City, Colorado; and many other relatives and friends.
