Service held Thursday, August 10, 1978

Without warning death plucked a flower from our garden on August 6, 1978 by calling Brother Justin Chappelle from his earthly mission.

"Jackie" was born February 18, 1960 to the late Eddie Chappelle and Minnie Young Chappelle.

He united with the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church at a very early age and was an ardent worker in the Sunday School, Usher Board and Youth Department.

He attended Calhoun High School, Calhoun, Louisiana.

He invested his many talents into every broadening good work which he could find. He was ever ready to do what was needed and happy to render any service he could. His pleasant smile was a comfort and cheer to his family and friends.

Young and E.L. Young, West Monroe, Louisiana and Willie "Bill" Young, Sykes, Louisiana; three nieces; two great-aunts; two great-uncles; two great-great-aunts; and many other relatives and friends.
