Brother Felmon Lee "Stoney" Jackson was born on March 30, 2011 to the union of Newt Jackson and Emma Hanspard Jackson. He was the second born of five children.

Brother Felmon Lee joined Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He remained a member there until death. He also grew up in the Mt. Pleasant Community, where he received his early education at St. John School and Mineral Springs School.

Brother Felmon Lee was united in Holy Matrimony to the late, Verma Marie Outley. This union was blessed with five children, one of which preceded him in death. He later married Mary Jean Lewis, where he was blessed with a step-son, Curtis Manning, as well. After this union, Brother Felmon Lee was also blessed with two more children, Angel Wilson and Khris Wilson. Khris preceded him in death as well.

Brother Felmon Lee leaves behind: two sons; Mr. Fredrick Jackson (Karen), Calhoun, Louisiana and Mr. Curtis Manning (Sharon), West Monroe, Louisiana; four daughters; Ms. Margaret Moss (Malcolm Hunter), Ms. Paula Jackson, Ms. Angel Graham, all of West Monroe, Louisiana; and Ms. Gwendolyn Benton, Calhoun, Louisiana; three sisters; Mrs. Ora Jackson Britton, West Monroe, Louisiana; Mrs. Medra Patterson, Los Angeles, California and Mrs. Mary Nelson, Chicago, Illinois; one brother; Mr. Isaiah Jackson (Annette), Arlington, Texas; one aunt; Mrs. Laura Perry, San Diego, California; 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; a special friend; Ms. Louise Mejias and her four children; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
